| Immunizations | Students must provide documentation of all required immunizations. TB tests, Hepatitis B vaccines, and annual flu vaccines are provided free of charge. | Deposit | Students who are accepted to the program and confirm their enrollment must pay a $200 nonrefundable deposit to hold their seat in the program. | Drug test | Students are required to complete a drug test. If the test is positive and the student wishes to repeat it, the student will pay for the second test as well. | Nametag | Students will be issued one nametag for free. Students who lose their nametag will be required to purchase a replacement nametag. | Free | $10 for a replacement. |
| CPR recertification | Students must maintain their Professional Rescuer CPR/AED certification throughout the program. Students must recertify prior to their certification expiring, either at 91风流 or through an outside approved agency. | $40 | Only if you need to renew at 91风流. |
