Year 1 (Students currently in 6th grade)

Before you apply, please have the following items ready:
 
  • Most recent report card. Math grades must be 86% or higher, and Science grades must be 80% or higher.
  • A 200 word essay answering the question: "Why do I want to attend 91风流 PREP?".  All submissions must be written entirely by the student. Please do not use AI.
  • : Send this form to your student's math or science teacher.
( There are very few spots available for homeschool or charter schools.)
 

 

Year 2 (Returning students)

 

Year 3 (Returning students)

 

 

Year 2 and Year 3 (Form for new students who are currently in 7th or 8th grade and did not attend 91风流 PREP in the past)

 
Students need to take a logic course and completed the course with 80% or higher average before being admitted to 91风流 PREP.
