Your Wellness Wheel: What Areas Will You Strengthen Today?

Being well is more than just being healthy - it's about balance. There are eight Dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social and Spiritual. Neglecting one area can throw off your balance, creating a ripple effect that diminishes your overall health, happiness, and ability to thrive. 

What balance looks like is up to YOU - and the wellness self-assessment is a great way to find yours. This free, brief survey covers your satisfaction in all eight Dimensions of Wellness, as well as your overall mental wellbeing. Each area is scored and compiled in your personal Wellness Wheel to help you identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Your report will also include tips, suggestions, and on- campus resources to get started on your personal pathway to better balance.
