Some majors, minors, and certificates offered at Weber State University are being discontinued and various restructuring is taking place due to the university's HB265 reallocation process.

Most programs will be eliminated for the 2026-2027 academic year, with a few exceptions that will occur later. Four programs have been eliminated for the 2025-2026 academic year. Advisors will work with individual students declared in each program to ensure that they can complete their existing program of study or change their major. Majors will be removed from admissions and “Change My Major” applications for the spring 2026 admissions cycle.
