Monday Kick-off: The Power of Potential
Kick off Employee Learning Week with an electrifying keynote that brings The Power of Potential to life—literally. Through a live demonstration of electricity - provided by our very own Weber Professor, Brandon Stevenson - we’ll explore how energy, when harnessed, can ignite transformation. Just like a current flows through a circuit, our potential flows through our people—ready to spark innovation, resilience, and growth. Friday Closing: The Power of Weber

Enjoy a nourishing start to your day while recharging both body and mind with a Power Breakfast provided by Employee Wellness. Then, hear from President Brad Mortensen as he shares his insights on The Power of Weber —a reminder of the strength, resilience, and potential that make our community truly extraordinary.
