Computer Lab Technician
The lab technician's primary responsibilities would be to provide desktop hardware and software support to all open student computer labs and department. This includes setup and configuration of new computers, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues. The position will require working in close coordination with different IT departments on campus. On a semester or yearly basis, the job entails some amount of physical labor in setting up computers, running cables and moving computers. The position will work under the supervision of the computer lab technician.

Student Technology Assistant (STA)
The Student Technology Assistant's primary responsibility would be to provide desktop hardware and software support to all Student Access & Success Division. This includes setup and configuration of new computers, installation of office printers, diagnosing and resolving software issues and troubleshooting some common computer problems. The position will require very good customer service and technical support skills. On a semester or yearly basis, the job entails some amount of physical labor in setting up computers, running cables and moving computers. And any other duties as assigned.

Computer Lab Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Lab Assistant is to provide customer service and support to patrons using the computer labs. Ensure clean and efficient operation of lab facility. Assist team leader and supervisor as needed.

The communications intern will assist in the marketing and communications for the Open-Student Computer Lab Scholarship as well as the day-to-day advertising and communications for the 11 Computer Labs within the University.

Student Programmer
The primary responsibility of the programmer is to help continue to grow Student Access & Success web presence. Assist supervisor as needed. Student must be fully knowledgeable and competent with at least one scripting or programming language (Java, C, C++, Perl, Python).

- Assessment
Accounting Intern
Accounting Intern will assist with monthly and annual reporting for the Computer Labs.
At the end of this internship, the intern will have experience forecasting payroll expenses, identifying and categorize each expense, creating a detailed report for overall account expenses, create reports analyzing monthly and yearly expenses.

Student Inventory Administrator
Student Inventory Administrator will track and process all Computer Lab inventory.
Student will maintain an updated list of all Computer Lab inventory; track, prepare, and distribute staff laptop checkout inventory; monitor laptop checkout inventory for all labs and ensure tracking procedures are being followed by all Lab Assistants; assist in the annual computer surplus/intake process; Track other computer lab inventory including headphones, chargers, laptop carts, etc.; ensure compliance with university inventory policies and procedures; other duties as assigned.
