Include With Check

To identify the student and apply the funds correctly, include the following info with your check:

  • Student name
  • W number
  • Date of birth
  • Semester(s) the funds for
  • What charges should be covered by the payment, ie. tuition, fees, books, housing etc.
  • Is the payment refundable to the student if there is excess funds left over
  • Senders contact information
